Jessica Sullivan, RP, MTA (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist and Music Therapist with over three years of experience as a Mental Health Therapist at Maltby Centre. She began her career in music therapy before transitioning into psychotherapy in 2022, bringing a creative and compassionate lens to her clinical work. Jessica specializes in supporting neurodiverse children and families, with a particular focus on trauma, emotional regulation, and grief. She works with both verbal and non-verbal clients, and values collaboration with families and community supports to foster holistic healing.

Jessica’s therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Music Therapy. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs and strengths of her clients, and is committed to ongoing learning and growth alongside those she serves. Her work is guided by a deep belief in making the Kingston community a safer, more inclusive space for children and families to thrive.
